After a period of simultaneous fortune and turmoil in my career, I wasn’t sure what was next. I struggled to find the new me that could successfully tackle a new stage of life. Prior to working with Betsy, I didn’t believe I was worthy of success. My head, heart and gut were out of sync and were competing for control of my life.

Working with Betsy was like the first cup of coffee in the morning. I’m so glad I invested in myself and bought that proverbial cup of coffee, because working with Betsy was seriously a wakeup call. The exercises helped me build a comfortable rapport with Betsy.  Our day at the art museum was the perfect combination of investigation and instigation that allowed me to excavate what and who I was trying to show the world without compromising who I am.

Our off-site working session in Hilton Head, South Carolina was transformative. I was able to have conversations I was otherwise powerless to have. I learned more about myself, my values and accept myself for the first time in a long time. By working with Betsy, I was able to see that I am worthy of success and that the events that brought me here were just the end of the first section of a long book that is my career life. I’m proud I found my creative spark again and a general reignited thirst for life.
